This fume hood is very useful inside a chemistry lab because it can withstand strong acids. It’s a normal fume hood made for PP. It can help workers do their jobs when they’re around risky and toxic gases.

PP standard Fume Hood Details:

Cabinet material – The cabinet is made of 10 mm of PP white polypropylene porcelain that a skilled hand-made welding electrode of the same colour has corroded.

Worktop – The worktop is a 12.7 mm phenolic resin surface.

Lining board – For the lining board, a 4 mm chemically bonded plate and a three-unit type wind guide fix the gas magnetic flux in the cabinet and make it easier for different kinds of high-density gases to escape.

Windows – When it comes to windows, they are made of 5 mm float solid solid glass that is clear and blast-proof. They are also made of aluminium alloy profiles and window frames that have been treated with electrostatic epoxy powder spraying to make the surface resistant to wear and light-slip, which solves the problem of windows getting stuck in place. Anywhere, the height of a window hole is between 20 mm and 750 mm.

Control panel – Touch-screen and smart control panel for naval The exhaust amount of air can be changed. Add to the level and connect to the frequency transformer, lighting controls, and plugs.

Illumination –  The Aurvana design lamp base has cooling holes, a built-in 1*30 W purity light, a brightness of about 300 LUX, is hidden under a guide plate, and is easy to clean.
