BENCHES WITH A FRAME STRUCTURE

All these laboratory benches are made with super strong and firm, robust metal base structure and also a special coating is done that will protect the benches from abrasion, chemical reactions and other impacts.

While keeping all these futuristic things in our minds, we manufactured our design very flexible and adaptable to these circumstances and that is why we kept the center and wall bench modules independent of each other.

regard whether it's designing or material, each one of them is certified according to the standard of EN-13150. It's a perfect ergonomic equipment especially manufactured considering all the criterias met very well in all regards. Certificates

Our benches are certified by the TUV Rheinland according to the EN reference 13150:2020 - Workbenches for laboratories: Dimensions, safety requirements and test methods.

With this certification we subject them to stability tests, considering the normative reference EN 13150, guaranteeing its stability and balance.

These tests include:

• Static load test (600N horizontal on 4 sides of bench);
• Vertical static load testing (2000N vertically on 4 sides of bench);
• Horizontal impact stability test (50Kg of a height of 40mm);
• Vertical load stability test (1000N to 50mm from the end of the bed and half the length of the sides);
• Benchtop test (Raise the bench to 150mm from the floor by letting it fall freely.) Repeat: 10 times).

BENCHES WITHOUT A STRUCTURE

These laboratory benches are made with storage units supported by a baseboard. This is a wonderful way to keep your laboratory tidy and clean as you can keep your stuff well organized by keeping them in it. This is a very helpful product made with a strong material offering high endurance and large storage capacity. It comes with storage units of different sizes and shapes so that you can keep all kinds of stuff properly in it.

MOBILE BENCHES

As the name says, these benches are made to be mobile, so they come with 4 sturdy nylon wheels and 2 brakes. We can build them with a panel or recessed shelf, or recessed shelf area at the bottom for more

storage, and it is feasible to add more storage units of different shapes and sizes to it.

INSTRUMENT BENCHES

The purpose of these benches is to keep all the laboratory instruments safe in them. Our benches are made under a specific concept known as plug-in, which provides adaptability in the structure. Because of this design, it's easier to add modifications and extensions to it if necessary as per the requirements in the future.

Balance Bench

These benches are made with vibration damping surfaces, to ensure that they stay stable under weighing conditions. The weighing surface is kept separate from the rest of the bench and because of that transfer of vibrations is totally restricted to the surface. We recommend that you prefer the ventilated version of this bench for weighing powder.

C-Frame Benches

C-frame can be used with all furniture systems, plinth, suspended and on castors. C frames are available in four standard versions, for laboratory benches with a length of 1800 mm, 1500 mm, 1200 mm and 900 mm for laboratory benches and 900 mm height. A basic C frame is composed of two C shaped legs, made of metal profiles and horizontal square metal connecting rods. An add-on frame is composed of a single C shaped leg and horizontal square metal connecting rods. All metal horizontal connecting parts are coated with high quality epoxy paint.

H-Frame Benches

H-frame is mainly intended for use as a table type laboratory furniture system, for mobile benches or corner supports.
