Manufactured from A36 or 44W carbon steel.

Hydralic Assisted Lifting Mechanism Available

Lead filled or lined only with 99.94% pure Lead – ASTM B-29.

Composite solutions consisting of Lead and Boron Filled Polyethylene Shielding are available for Gamma / Neutron shielding

All Lead is fully encapsulated with no exposure.

All hardware from heavy-duty hinges, to locks are of the highest quality.

All Storage Containers are ground smooth from sharp corners or edges.

Extreme care is taken in the surface preparation to all surfaces for the supply and application of a finish coat of paint to the desired colour.

All Storage Containers are available with your choice in lead shielding from 1/32″ to 2″ thick or more.

All Storage Containers come equipped with a hinged lockable lid or removable lids.

Optional stainless steel is available in lieu of carbon steel.

Our Storage Containers combine effective radiation protection and durability in a rugged, attractive and versatile line.

High Energy Shielded Decay Drum

Features

Completely shielded from 1/4″ lead to 3″ or thicker for high-energy isotopes. Sizes as per customer requirements.

Large drop port

Provides necessary shielding from high-energy radiopharmaceuticals, such as Ga-67, In-lll and I-131 products.

This heavy-duty drum has a handled lid with a 6.5″ x 8″ (16.5 x 20.3 cm) drop port. The drum includes three 30-gallon plastic liners.

The optional dolly simplifies transport of the decay drum.

With two Shielded Decay Drums on hand, a rotation system can be instituted for an even more practical storage and decay process.
